Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Before the item ships out, customers can request a cancellation directly from our Customer Service department.

Can I cancel an Item in my order?

No. Accepting your order is necessary in order to set up a return for a complete refund. You will need to place a new order on our website if you would like to exchange an item for a different size.

Are State/Local taxes added to orders?

Only in appropriate situations. The total state and local taxes of the address where your order is delivered will be the tax rate that is applied to it.

Do All Packages Require Signature?

Every jewelry-containing cargo is insured, and upon delivery, a signature is required. For a successful delivery, kindly refer to your tracking details and ensure that someone is ready to sign for your shipment. After an item is delivered to the address you specified at checkout and signed for, we are not responsible for it.

How long does it take to design a piece of custom jewelry?

Both parties will benefit from additional time given to us during the bespoke design process. Within seven to ten business days after placing an order to proceed to the CAD phase, you should receive the basic design. Any adjustments will be made in a maximum of two working days. Our preferred turnaround time for production is three to four weeks once a design is accepted. Depending on how many adjustments are needed, the complete process may take five to six weeks. We can expedite a task, nevertheless, if you need it finished by a certain date.

Can I schedule a Pick-Up at USP Pick-Up Location?

You can schedule a pickup at a UPS location after UPS attempts to deliver the package one time without success. Make the necessary adjustments by getting in touch with our customer service team so that we can manually reroute the item.

  • Yes. Customers may contact our Customer Service department directly to request a cancellation before the order ships out.

  • Yes. We are able to offer gift wrapping.

  • Only when applicable. The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state and local rates of the address where your order is delivered to.

  • ARK UNIVERSAL INC. ships to US Military Bases. These orders have specific delivery times and restrictions applied. Send a message to our Customer Service Team to discuss further details. If possible they will be definitely at your service.

  • Once UPS makes one failed attempt to deliver the package, you may arrange a pickup at a UPS location. Contact our Customer Service Team to make the proper changes, so we can manually redirect the package.

  • No exchange or return transactions can be completed at the location of an ARK UNIVERSAL INC. Authorized Retailer.
